Sign-On Bonus: $6,500 for Full-Time 2nd Shift

Role as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Administer medications accurately and perform treatments per physician orders.
• Meticulously report changes in resident conditions to the RN or physician.
• Support the implementation of resident care plans and oversee CNA tasks.
• Maintain precise electronic health records (EHR) in adherence to HIPAA and facility policies.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Wisconsin.
• Strong communication and the ability to provide high-quality, compassionate care.
• Familiarity with EHR is required; long-term care experience is preferred, but training will be provided for the right Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
