Job Summary Provides patient care under direction, ensuring a compassionate relationship that promotes health and healing while respecting patient autonomy, dignity, and rights. Performs additional duties as assigned. Responsibilities Collects patient data.Assists in planning and implementing patient care.Evaluates care plans and administers prescribed medications.Provides and reinforces patient education.Participates in initiatives to improve healthcare delivery and ongoing educational activities.Completes assigned goals. Qualifications & Skills Minimum computer literacy required; preferred advanced skills.Must hold a valid BLS certification within 14 days of hire and licensure as an LPN.
