About the role

This position is responsible for providing direct nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse, physician and/or LIP for patients of all ages. Provides support as needed to providers while ensuring the health, safety and comfort of all patients.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse, physician and/or LIP for patients of all ages.
• Supports providers by assisting with patient care activities.
• Ensures the health, safety and comfort of all patients.

Requirements

• CNA or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required.
• Basic Life Support certification required.
• Minimum 2 years experience preferred, previous experience as a CNA or LPN in an acute care facility in the state of Florida, preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, Certificate of attendance, GED, or equivalent experience.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of basic nursing procedures and patient care protocols.

Pay

The estimated pay range for this position is $23.16 - $30.80 / hour depending on experience.
