About the role

Willis Knighton Bossier 3 North, a med/surg/telemetry floor, is looking for a motivated, organized LPN with exceptional assessment and communication skills. Do you want to improve your organizational, multitasking, and critical thinking skills? Working on a med/surg/telemetry floor will give you this opportunity. Prior hospital nursing experience is recommended, but new graduates are encouraged to apply. This is your opportunity to obtain experience and increase your knowledge, which can help prepare you if you decide to further your career in nursing.

Responsibilities

• Delegation of appropriate tasks to ancillary staff
• Comprehensive assessments and documentation
• Communicating with physicians and case manager
• Patient education
• Accurate medication administration

Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Motivated and organized
• Exceptional assessment and communication skills
