About the role
Seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a Per Diem team in Hampton Roads. The role involves providing nursing care within the LPN scope, administering medications and treatments, collecting and documenting patient information, and offering wound care and patient education.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and report patient condition changes
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Coordinate care with healthcare team members
- Perform additional duties based on facility needs
Qualifications
- Active LPN license
- Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Recent PPD within the last year
- Ability to meet physical requirements, with or without accommodation
Pay
- Competitive pay: $37‑$39/hour
- Same‑Day or Next‑Day Pay options
