LPN - Hourly Pay Available

About the role

The LPN will provide nursing care within their scope of practice, including administering medications and treatments, documenting patient information, providing wound care and education, monitoring patient conditions, assisting with daily activities, and coordinating with healthcare team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective nursing care
• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Collect, document, and report patient information and condition changes
• Perform wound care and patient education
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Perform additional duties based on facility requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• Active LPN license
• Minimum of 1 year of facility-based experience
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• PPD test within the last year
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation
