About the role

Provides skilled nursing services to patients requiring intermittent professional care, teaching patients, families, and healthcare team members in accordance with physician orders and care plans.

Responsibilities

• Administer nursing care
• Educate patients and families
• Ensure services align with established plans of care

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved clinical school
• Licensed in the practicing state
• At least one year of nursing experience
• Basic technology skills

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Automobile insurance
• Dependable transportation
• CPR certification
• Ability to drive safely in all weather conditions

Preferred Experience

• Medicare home health or hospice experience
• Experience as a licensed professional (may be deferred with approval)
