About the role

We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide homecare services for adult patients, performing quick visits that include medication administration, insulin support, wound care, and patient monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Initiate and revise care plans.
• Administer prescribed treatments.
• Respond to patient condition changes.
• Provide healthcare education and discharge planning.

Key Duties

• Conduct patient assessments.
• Follow care protocols.
• Document interventions.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Valid LPN or RN license for the practicing state.
• Current health certificate.
• PPD or chest X-ray.
• Current BLS card.
