Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Deliver skilled nursing services aligned with prescribed orders.
- Monitor and interpret signs of physiological and psychosocial changes in patients.
- Collect, analyze, and document patient data, identifying potential or actual nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications & Skills
- Licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
- Preferred: at least one year of professional nursing experience.
