LPN Homecare - Part Time Weekends

About the role

Providing in-home care for adult patients.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders.
• Monitor signs and symptoms to detect physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Collect, analyze, and document patient data and nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the practice state.
• Valid TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
• Preferably, one year of professional nursing experience.

Skills

• Seizure monitoring
• Medication administration
• Assistance with ADLs such as bathing and grooming

Schedule

Shifts on Fridays and alternate weekends.
