About the role
Providing skilled nursing care to Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their homes, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Responsibilities
- Administer prescribed treatments
- Monitor physiologic and psychosocial changes
- Collect and analyze health data
- Document diagnoses
Qualifications
- Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray
- BLS certification
- Preferably one year of professional nursing experience
