About the role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing in-home care for adult patients.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Deliver skilled nursing services based on prescribed orders.
- Assess physiologic and psychosocial changes in patient conditions.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data, documenting diagnoses.
Qualifications
- Licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
- Preferred: at least one year of professional nursing experience.
