About the role

Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Proctorville, OH to work with pediatric patients in their homes. Full-time, part-time and PRN positions are available for day and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X‑Ray.
• Current BLS card.

Pay

$25 per hour

Schedule

Shifts available: Days – Wednesday, Thursday 8 am‑5 pm; Nights – Sunday‑Saturday 10 pm‑8 am. Full‑time, part‑time and PRN positions offered for day and night shifts.
