About the role
PEDS: GTV - Murfreesboro - Thursday - Saturday 7a-7p and Sunday - Saturday 7p-7a.
PEDS: GT - Murfreesboro - Thursday - Sunday 7p-7a.
PEDS - Gtube - Murfreesboro - Monday - Friday 7:30a - 5:30p.
PEDS: GTV - Murfreesboro - Monday 6:30a-6:30p / Saturday and Sunday 7:30a -7:30p and 7:30p - 7:30a.
PEDS: Gtube - Murfreesboro - Monday, Wednesday - Friday 8a - 6p.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in the home.
- Monitor patient condition and respond to changes.
- Administer treatments and medications.
- Work closely with families and care teams.
- Educate patients with confidence.
Requirements
- Active RN license.
- Current BLS certification.
- 1+ year experience preferred.
