About the role
Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in South Bloomingville, OH to work with adult patients in their homes. Full-time, part-time and PRN positions are available for DAY and NIGHT SHIFTS! Shifts Available Days: Sunday 9am-5pm, Friday 7am-3pm Nights: Thursday 6pm-2am hours can be flexible*
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
- Collections, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Requirements
- Currently licensed as an LPN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
