Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing in-home care for Pediatric and Adult patients, including GTube management. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.Deliver skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders.Monitor signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes.Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data, documenting diagnoses and patient status. Qualifications Current LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.Valid TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.Preferred: one year of professional nursing experience.
