Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing in-home care for Pediatric and Adult patients, including those with GTube, Trach, or Vent needs, primarily during overnight shifts. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.Deliver skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders.Monitor physiological and psychosocial changes, documenting diagnoses and patient data. Qualifications & Skills Licensed as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state.Current TB or Chest X-Ray, and BLS certification.Preferably, at least one year of professional nursing experience. Key Duties: Provide compassionate, patient-centered care, utilizing clinical skills to assess and respond to patient needs in a home setting, ensuring safe and effective treatment.
