Responsibilities

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited or state-approved practical nursing program
- Active LPN license in the State of Ohio
- Minimum of one (1) year of acute care experience (home care experience preferred)
- Phlebotomy and wound care experience required
- Successful completion of the NAPNES medication exam or equivalent prior to medication administration
