LPN - Home Health

13-week contract assignment supporting a leading healthcare organization in Olympia, WA.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes based on individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers on medications, treatment plans, and overall health management.
• Collaborate with the care team to support continuity of care and positive patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Home health experience preferred.
• HCHB experience preferred.

Schedule

• 13-week contract starting September 7, 2026.
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
• 40 hours per week.
• Coverage area: Olympia/Lacey, WA.

Pay

• Pay range: $31–$33.50 per hour.
• No mileage reimbursement between patient visits.
