Responsibilities
- Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans
- SUPPORT patient in and around Lancaster, PA
- MET critical deadlines for charting
- SELF-manage time and schedule efficiently
- Demonstrate experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR Software
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher
- 1 + years of experience in ANY of the following: Electronic Medical Record (EMR), Other EMR, TruChart EHR
- Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification/license in the state of Pennsylvania (PA)
- ANY of the following valid licenses/certifications: American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS), American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS)
- Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance (all 3)
- Have you applied to or worked for Residential Healthcare Group anytime in the last 6 months?
