Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care as part of a collaborative nursing team
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions and progress
- Administer medications and treatments according to care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
- Support quality improvement initiatives and adherence to safety standards
Qualifications
- Michigan LPN licensure - Graduation from a recognized school of nursing
- One-year acute care or long term care facility nursing experience
- Prior home health experience preferred
Additional Information
Munson Healthcare requires all employees to be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Varicella. Employees must also receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year they are hired and annually thereafter, or provide an approved medical or religious exemption.
