Role Overview

This position involves utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care under supervision or the guidance of a licensed professional. The LPN maintains patient rights, confidentiality, and coordinates care with other departments. Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective patient care, maintaining professional accountability
• Coordinate with healthcare teams to ensure quality care
• Adhere to patient rights and confidentiality standards
• Participate in scheduling and availability for shifts, with flexibility for short-notice assignments

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED; graduate of an accredited LPN program
• Current LPN license in the state of practice
• Minimum one year of recent bedside LPN experience in Med Surg
• Certifications: BLS, IV certification; Epic experience preferred
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift, and assist with patient movement
