LPN GIG - Flex/Per Diem/PRN - Mercy Ft Smith, Arkansas and SurroundingCommunities

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care
• Cook/coordinate with other departments
• Ensure patient rights and confidentiality
• Maintain professional accountability for patient outcomes

Key Duties

• Provide bedside care in Medical-Surgical units
• Adapt to varying shifts (day or night)
• Manage patient needs with flexibility

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED
• Current LPN license
• At least one year of recent bedside Med Surg experience
• BLS and IV certification
• PREFERRED: Experience with Epic system
