About the role
This position involves performing as a licensed practical nurse (LPN) in accordance with the Oklahoma Nurse Practice Act.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring safety and accuracy in medication administration.
- Maintain clean and organized exam rooms and work environment.
- Document nursing care activities thoroughly.
- Assist with patient care, monitor patients during procedures, and support staff training.
- Collaborate with departmental staff on clinical matters.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent with completion of a vocational LPN program.
- Preferably 1–2 years of experience in clinical, hospital, or physician-office settings; experience in clerical tasks is a plus.
- Valid LPN license from the State of Oklahoma or an active Multistate license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required, with ongoing maintenance.

Pay
Hourly pay ranges from $18.80 to $30.71 based on experience.
