Responsibilities
- Collect, document and report patient data and observations.
- Implement care plans as directed by an RN and contribute to care plan revisions.
- Administer medications and/or treatments authorized by a provider and observe patients for adverse reactions.
- Perform routine laboratory tests.
- Educate patients and family members.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
- Current Ohio license as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
- One year of patient care experience (preferred)

Skills
- Full body motion to move and lift patients, manual finger dexterity with good eye-hand coordination
- Extensive standing and walking
- Corrected vision and hearing to normal range
- Medium Work – Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects

Pay Range Minimum hourly: $23.25 Maximum hourly: $33.50
