About the role
The Regions Hospital is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join their Digestive Care team. The role involves observing and monitoring patients, performing practical nursing duties, assisting physicians, and creating a safe and therapeutic environment.
Responsibilities
- Observing and monitoring patients
- Performing and documenting practical nursing practice
- Assisting physicians with diagnostic and treatment procedures
- Providing a safe and therapeutic environment
- Communicating with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
- Carrying out physician's medical orders
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited training program for Practical Nursing
- Licensed as a Practical Nurse by the State of Minnesota
- CPR for the professional rescuer or BLS for healthcare providers
Preferred Qualifications
- Six months practical nursing (LPN) experience
Skills
Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to patient care.

Pay
Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
0.90 Day shifts, Monday-Friday, varied start times of 0700, 0730, 0800.
