Shift

• 11pm - 8am Every other weekend

About the role

White Deer Run of Lehigh is located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, near Allentown, PA, and Trenton, NJ. It provides residential treatment services for adults aged 18 and older dealing with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues.

Responsibilities

• Maintain patient health and administer basic care using the nursing process within the LPN/LVN scope of practice.
• Collaborate with others to meet patients' physical, biopsychosocial, age, developmental, and cultural needs.
• Communicate effectively with patients, visitors, coworkers, and healthcare providers.
• Provide safe medication administration according to policies and procedures.
• Document patient symptoms, responses, and progress accurately and thoroughly.
• Perform other assigned tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• One or more years of nursing experience within a clinical area of service.
• Current LPN/LVN license as required by state.
• CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification required (training available).
