Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist with patient transfers and ambulation.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure patient care coordination.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of [State].

- At least one year of recent practical nursing experience.
