LPN - Full Time

Job Summary The role involves utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care under the supervision of licensed professionals or a Registered Nurse (RN). Maintains accountability for patient care, ensuring coordination with other departments to deliver quality services. Key Responsibilities Provide direct patient care following established protocols and procedures.Maintain professional accountability for assigned patients.Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Adhere to safety standards and assist with patient mobility and support as needed. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience.Current LPN license valid in the state of practice.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications such as ACLS or PALS may be required based on the unit.Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform necessary duties.Preferred: IV Certification within 1 year of hire.
