About the role
Hillsboro Post Acute is seeking compassionate, skilled, and dedicated LPNs to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about resident care, thrives in a team environment, and appreciates the value of their expertise.
Responsibilities
- Provide and oversee exceptional nursing care for residents
- Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
- Supervise and support STNAs
- Respond to changes in resident conditions and coordinate appropriate care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Advocate for residents and their individual care needs
Requirements
- Current Ohio LPN license
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
