LPN - Full Time

Find your calling at Mercy! This role involves providing patient care by utilizing the nursing process under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals or a Registered Nurse (RN). The individual is responsible for maintaining professional accountability and coordinating patient care across departments. Requirements Position Details: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience with successful licensure.Must hold and maintain a current LPN license in the state of practice, meeting all regulatory requirements.Open to both new and experienced LPN candidates.Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or completion within 30 days of hire.Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., or unit-specific certifications may be required based on the department. Physical Demands Stand and walk for most of the shift, with frequent bending, stooping, and patient handling requiring assistance.Push, pull, and grip up to 50 pounds regularly.Perform reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting as needed. Preferred certification includes IV certification within one year of hire.
