LPN - FT Days (St Paul's AL)

Responsibilities

• Administer medications
• Perform wound care
• Auxiliary with resident mobility
• Maintain and monitor vital signs
• Supervise nursing staff
• Ensure adherence to care plans and regulatory standards
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Current LPN certification in Indiana
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred
• Knowledge of medication administration, resident care standards, and state regulations
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping abilities
• Caring, patient, and empathetic demeanor
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
