Starting wages range from $27–$33 per hour based on experience, with final rates determined by the hiring manager at interview. A $2 per hour differential applies to 3rd-shift positions. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available for 3rd-shift Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN).

Responsibilities
- Implementing a resident plan of care
- Performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations
- Assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Delegating suitable components of the care plan to nursing assistants, providing guidance and supervision when necessary
- Consulting with and validating data
- Recording pertinent information in the patient record
- Identifying and evaluating the resident’s response to health problems and treatments
- Communicating residents’ care needs to others involved in the care
- Assuming responsibility for professional growth and development
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN nursing license
