Responsibilities
- Implement a resident plan of care
- Perform direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations
- Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Delegate suitable components of the care plan to the nursing assistants; provide guidance and supervision when necessary
- Consult with and validate data
- Record pertinent information in the patient record
- Identify and evaluate the resident’s response to health problems and treatments
- Communicate residents’ care needs to others involved in the care
- Assume responsibility for professional growth and development

- Nursing License required

Sign-on Bonus for 3rd Shift Full Time = $5,000
Wages are dependent on experience and are determined by the hiring manager at an interview.
Every other weekend (Sat & Sun) coverage required.
12-hour shift option is available (7 AM–7 PM).
