LPN for Developmentally Disabled Springboro OH

About the role

A growing company in Mason, OH is urgently hiring an LPN to work with a client in Springboro, OH. Current overnight hours are 8:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m., Sunday through Friday. The schedule may alternate three nights with an RN.

Responsibilities

• Direct Clinical Care: Administer medications, manage medical equipment (e.g., feeding tubes), and monitor chronic conditions.
• Case Management: Develop Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, including doctors, occupational therapists, and speech pathologists.
• Advocacy: Protect patient rights and ensure appropriate accommodations in schools, workplaces, and healthcare settings.
• Training & Oversight: Educate family members and supervise Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who assist with daily living tasks.
