Aim of the Role
To provide and coordinate medical individual and family-centered patient care in an outpatient setting.
Responsibilities
- Performs daily nursing functions as described.
- Communicates effectively and accurately, both verbally and in writing with all levels.
- Operates under frequently stressful conditions due to constantly changing requirements of healthcare.
- Adapts by embracing and supporting change as necessary to obtain operational and performance efficiencies.
Qualifications
- High School or GED Graduate
- Graduate of a practical nursing education program accepted for licensure
- Current Michigan LPN licensure
Additional Information
- Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella.
- MHC also requires all employees to receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.
