Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with the client's plan of care, including comprehensive health and psychosocial evaluations, monitoring of the client’s condition, health promotion, and prevention coordination of services.

Qualifications

• Two years LPN experience required
• Two years’ experience in assisted living or in a nursing home
• License Practical Nurse license in good standing
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to resident services and care
• Show good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Demonstrate effective organization, time management, and communication skills
• Handle multiple priorities and delegate assignments
• Dedication to seniors and their well-being is essential
• Ability to work nights and weekends
