LPN-Director of Nursing

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate clinical leader to serve as our Director of Nursing (Health & Wellness Director). This role manages the day-to-day healthcare operations to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met, ensuring they are treated with respect and dignity while maintaining quality care as their needs evolve.

Responsibilities

• Manages the day-to-day clinical services of the community to ensure residents’ healthcare needs are met.
• Ensures residents are treated with respect and dignity and ensures quality care as residents’ healthcare needs change.
• Supervises and provides leadership, coaching, and mentoring to licensed nurses and other direct care staff.
• Serves as on-call support for the community.
• Completes assessments for incoming residents.
• Participates in interviewing and hiring new clinical staff.
• Schedules and manages the clinical team.
• Proactively builds relationships with residents, families, physicians, and other healthcare providers to coordinate personalized care.
• Collaborates with community leadership to build resident and family satisfaction.

Requirements

• Active state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong working knowledge of technology, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic documentation.

Pay

Base pay is determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Full-time associates in this role are eligible for an annual bonus incentive and sales referral bonuses.
