About the role
We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Administering prescribed services
- Assessing physiologic and psychosocial changes
- Analyzing care data to inform diagnoses
Qualifications
- Current licensure as an LPN/LVN in the practicing state
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray
- Valid BLS card
