About the role
Full-time position with three 12-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, 6:00 am – 6:30 pm.
Responsibilities
- Provide total nursing care to residents in the facility
- Maintain a safe, abuse-free environment for all residents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Document residents’ conditions, medications, treatments, and other mandated records accurately
- Complete admission process including assessments, interim care plans, service plans, obtain physician orders, and timely documentation per admission process
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license in Pennsylvania
