Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Supervise and support CNAs and direct care staff
- Provide and document resident care according to care plans
- Administer medications and monitor for side effects
- Report changes in resident conditions to RNs or physicians
- Participate in rounds, admissions, discharges, and care planning
- Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility policies
- Maintain accurate records and follow all medication protocols
