• 7am-7pm LPN pay: up to $35 including shift differential (based on years of experience)
• $5000 sign-on bonus for full-time positions
• $2500 sign-on bonus for part-time positions (time and a half for overtime)
• No paid leave plan for weekend shifts, extra $2 per hour

Qualifications:

• Tennessee LPN or RN Nursing license
• We hire GNs and GPNs

Requirements:

• Must be able to maintain clinical competency
• Utilize the nursing process in assessment, planning, and implementing care
• Exhibit organizational ability related to workflow and prioritizing patient care needs
• Integrate current standards of practice and local, state, and federal regulations related to nursing services
• Practice continuous quality improvement thinking and problem-solving skills
