Work Schedule
- 7am-7pm LPN pay: up to $35 includes shift diff (based off years of experience)
- $2500 sign on bonus for full time
- $5000 sign on bonus for part time - Time and a half for overtime
- Weekend SHIFT DIFF
- No paid leave plan - Extra $2 an hour

Qualifications
- Tennessee LPN or RN Nursing license
