About the role
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients while working under the direction of Registered Nurses (RN) and medical and psychiatric staff.
Responsibilities
- Respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Clear/Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Illinois or ability to obtain one
- Appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
- Able to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
Qualifications
