LPN Coordinator, Gastro VG East/West Clinic, Full-Time Days

About the role

Licensed Practical Coordinator coordinates office activities related to the clinical setting or as directed by the Practice Manager. Assist the Practice Manager in coordinating clinical personnel activities in order to provide efficient patient flow and adequate staffing. Provides effective communication and relationships with Providers, Patients and Staff, to ensure exceptional healthcare for all our patients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff assignments and activities in the clinical areas, to include monitoring of those activities.
• Assist with the interviewing and selection of new clinical employees.
• Maintain environment of patient advocacy within the nursing scope of practice.
• Assist clerk/receptionist with ICD and CPT coding, input to computer for billing, insurance, and Quality Assurance purposes.
