Overview

Sentara Health is hiring a LPN Coordinator in Harrisonburg, VA!

Job Description

Affords assistance to the practice management team in coordinating the clinical staff and work environment to ensure quality patient care and compliance with regulatory standards. Provides clinical direction to nursing staff and clinic support staff, monitors clinical competencies, and develops work schedules for clinical staff. Assists Practice Manager in evaluating annual performance reviews for clinical staff.

Required Qualifications

• Two years of nursing experience
• Active LPN VA or Compact License
• Trade School Graduate - Licensed Practical Nurse
• BLS and AED Certification

Up to 8k Sign-on Bonus for qualifying candidates!

Schedule

Monday through Friday; 8a to 5p
