Schedule

Part time, Days (7am - 3pm), weekends and holidays required

Responsibilities

• Maintains responsibility for all nursing care administered in conjunction with the Nurse Manager
• Administers medications to residents
• Gives direct care to residents, performs treatments as indicated
• Assures that physicians orders are carried out and integrated into resident care plan
• Documents information on residents records according to policy and procedure
• Directs nursing assistants in the care of residents
• Instructs associates in the use of specific techniques
• May be required to work as Charge Nurse

Requirements

• Valid NYS license as an LPN
• 1 year experience in Long Term Care or acute care preferred
• Experience with guiding nursing through the regulatory survey process
• Excellent organizational skills
• Able to work rotating weekends and holidays

Pay

Position Pay Range: $27.25 - $35.00/hour
Starting Pay: Based on experience
