A Day in the Life of an LPN / CMA - Ortho Clinic
In this role, you will be pivotal in coordinating the daily activities of a physician's orthopedic clinic, ensuring seamless patient care and efficient clinic operations. Your duties include:
- Assessing and educating patients
- Preparing patients for physician examinations
- Assisting during medical procedures
You'll face challenges such as managing high-stress situations and adapting to diverse patient needs quickly. Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with physicians, other nurses, and administrative staff to optimize care and clinic flow.
Your workday involves direct patient interactions, meticulous documentation, and the operation of various medical equipment, all within the adherence to state laws and nursing standards.

Qualifications
- Education and Experience Required:
- American Heart Association BLS certification within 30 days of hire
- Current LPN license for State of Minnesota
- One year of clinical nursing experience (for coordinator or specialist roles)

The pay range is listed above. Actual pay rate offered is determined based on experience in this role. Please be sure to include all applicable experience in your application.
