CLINIC LPN/CMA

This position is open to either Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) or Certified Medical Assistants (CMA) to collaboratively provide excellent patient care in the ambulatory/clinic setting according to current best practice standards and clinic processes.

About the role

• Assist and support physicians, advanced practice providers, and other clinic staff to achieve comprehensive patient care.
• Directly assist with procedures within your scope of practice or certification standards, for which competencies have been demonstrated.
• Communicate clearly and positively with team members and ancillary departments to coordinate patient care.
• Enhance the patient experience through proficiency in clinical skills, excellent customer service, communication, and building positive relationships with patients and their families.

Requirements

For LPN candidates

• Current Minnesota LPN License.
• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program.
• Current BLS certification or ability to become certified within six months of hire.

For CMA candidates

• Certification from an accredited organization such as the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA).
• BLS Certification or ability to become certified within six months of hire.
• Completion of an accredited medical assistant training program.

Qualifications

• At least one year of clinical experience (preferred).

Pay

$18.50 - $29.15 per hour.

Schedule

Rotating shifts.
