Clinic LPN or CMA
Job Summary
You’ll keep the day running smoothly and efficiently for your patients and clinical team. You’ll take the lead on proactive preparation of patient charts; ensuring all information is obtained and up-to-date for those seen in our facility. Every day, you'll manage care for multiple patients, adapting to physician availability on-site, and actively collaborate with your clinical team to prioritize tasks and ensure seamless patient flow throughout the clinic.
Responsibilities
- Checks schedules and organizes patient flow
- Accompanies patients to the exam room and updates electronic medical records
- Prepares patients for exams/procedures
- Affords assistance/performs medication administration, dressings and collecting of lab specimens as instructed
- Relays information regarding follow-up care and return visit to patients and families
- Schedules tests and procedures as directed
Required Job Requirements
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing
- MN Licensed Practical Nurse or CMABasic Life Support - CPR
- Prior experience as an LPN or CMA (Preferred)
- EPIC EMR experience (Preferred)
Pay
$20.86 - $29.46 /hour
